Good morning, I've been working on training in hopes I will be able to be in my first show later this year, however I've hit a huge wall. I've changed everything from clean eating and training about 2-3 hours per day and I still not getting down to lower fat %. Are there any supplements or any thing else I could do? Thank you, Leslie

I would need to see what your meal & training plan look like but the bottom line would normally be more cardio, less calorie intake and sticking with a clean protien and a green low salt veggie for most of your meals. Give me some details and lets see what you can do with your diet now. As for training 3-4 hours per day, what are you doing and how many days per week? btw, welcome to the board! Linda

Thank you, Oh let me clarify (I miss keyed) 2 -3 hours per day 5 days a week. The hours are split so it is not all at once. I'll start off in the morning with light cardio norm about 10 -20 min warm up and then weights. I try to keep my cardio to about 5-6 miles per day so if I was unable to get there in the morning I will add cardio in the afternoon as well other wise I will do more weight training and maybe a class (spin, yoga or power) As for eating I have an ulcer so I'm very careful on what I eat. I try to stay with lean meat like fish or chicken and a lot of veggie (spinach, mushrooms, onions, really there are not to many I don’t eat). When I singed up I seen you’re listing about Fast Results Fat Loss, my boyfriend and I started that this week. We are planning on doing it for two weeks and then going onto a strict clean eating diet. Is that a good start, we are both fit people, boyfriend is a personal trainer for Gold's Gym, we just want to get ride of the last little bit of fat as I want to do my first show later this year. Thank you for all your help. Leslie

wow, thats great, and flattering. I cannot wait to see how you do, but you both should journal here in that section, I would love to see how you apply the info, what you choose to eat and what exercises etc and then how it goes, the results. by journaling I can watch and see but you both get support too, anyone who journals here gets great support and it keeps you on track, I say this from personal experience.
