Need advice on supplements...

I just joined on here and im looking for some advice from some experienced people. I'm 20 years old, 6"0 200 lbs, and i need advice on what supplements to take. I have worked out all through high school in football and also this past year playing football for TCU. I recently stopped playing so i can take any supplement without being afraid of testing. I've taken: NO explode, kre-alkalyn, Halovar, and a couple others but this time im looking for something amazing. I dont want steroids or anything that will mess me up, but something close to it and hardcore to give me a BIG boost. I've seen a couple posts on here like h-drol and stuff and just want to know what yalls opinion on the BEST choice is. (I max about 280 on bench and 410 on squat just if that matters) The workouts arent a problem, as ive trained with one of the best strength coaches in the nation this past year here at TCU, just need advice on the supplements. I always eat healthy as far as tons of protein and such as well. If someone with a lot of knowledge could post me their best idea as far as a plan for this goes i'd really appreciate it.

No supplement outside of illegal anabolics will cause harm to drug tests. Creatine, protein, vitamins, etc. are not drugs. You should not quit football to take a supplement. Best advice is list your routine under training then list your full diet under nutrition and let's see if the broken link isn't somewhere in there. I'm willing to bet it's that and not a deficit in the supplements you're taking. I don't advise PH's and steroids to anyone unless they're competitive in bodybuilding and powerlifting. For those who do, it's their choice, but I don't recommend it.

I dont think there's a broken link anywhere really, i didnt say that... My bench has increased from 190 to 280 in exactly a year and my squat from 330 to 410. Ive just noticed ive been at this point for a few months and it seems ive plateau'd

Just be safe with whatever. If you are going to step into the world of anabolics/prosteroids/prohormones whatever, I would suggest you to not take orals.

Yeah i mean i just dont know a lot about all of it so im not sure what to do... i just want somethin bad a that will add to my hardcore workouts and good eating habits. also, i know very little about all the stuff needed for joints, muscles, and all that so i was just seeing if anyone could write me out a list of stuff that i could get that would help a lot. there has to be something between steroids that are bad for you and simple NO explode which everyone says is just caffeine... something that will make me jacked with my workouts but thats not totally bad for me... anyone?

I can't help you w/supps, etc., but am curious what you look like and what your goals are. Assume if you played ball a good part of the 200 lb is beef. Do you just want to look jacked or lift heavier? What's the motivation?

well i mean both. everyone wants to look jacked bc of that alpha male instinct, but also i want to get ridiculously stronger to have that much more confidence as well. i already just try to focus on eating tons of protein and healthy foods, but im looking for someone to help me get on a food plan and supplement plan that i can add into my workouts so i can get the outcomes i want.
