Need a routine

K aight...so im not too much of a noob. but noob enough, ive been working out for 2 1/2 weeks, started taking NO-xpolde and iso-pro, i dont really have a solid routine. im looking to bulk up a little and get cut. Can someoen help me with a routine? maybe a 4 day weights, 2 days cardio, and a rest day?

i would highly recommend the Bill Starr 5x5 intermediate workout. it puts 2.5% gains a week theoretically. and 10% max gains a month!

also No-xplode is a waste of money. it fades after week one. all you need are some BCAA's, Beta alanine, whey protein, good diet, and dedication to get anywhere. If you were gonna go with a Stim i would recommend RPM by AN
