ORIGINAL: MaverickKeepsitReal ORIGINAL: TheSilverFox some fajitas mav. you know you want to eat that i'm being dead serious... have some chicken breasts thawed and when you get home, bake them in the oven for 30 minutes on 350. slice them up with a knife, and put them in a whole wheat tortilla (if you can handle them) and throw a little cheese on them, maybe some pepper and onions cooked in the microwave with some butter, and then add some hotsauce or whatever else you like. i ate almost 3 chicken breasts one night (fajitas) after i got done lifting during my bulk. it was GLORIOUSLY painful haha Silver, that sounds so delicious. I am going to the store today and getting the ingredients lol. I'll probably just get regular tortillas, I doubt if I can stomach the wheat, but I'll give it a try. The tortilla company makes whole wheat tortillas that are actually pretty good. I get them at smiths. I wouldnt eat normal ones, expecially in burque, tons of lard senor. Get some old fashioned oats, cheap and delicious.

You need Whey protien immidiatly after a workout while your body is still in the "anobolic window". Things like steak are mainly casaein pretien and take alot longer to digest, defeating the purpose.
