Need To Gain Weight!
-

Hello Everyone, I am here asking for advice on how I can go about adding serious weight, especially adding some fat to my arm because their real skinny. I'm 6 foot and 165! Skinny, yes i know. I've ordered this True Mass Weight Gainer 5.75lb to intake daily. This is what I eat: Morning 1 Egg (Scrambled) w. half cup of milk 1 Cup of Orange Juice 1 Orange Lunch Burger King Chick N' Crisp 1 Cup of Soda 2 Scoops of True Mass Protein Weight Gainer mixed in 2 Cups of Milk Snack 1 Apple/Banana or Orange Dinner Plate of Pasta 1 Cup of Orange Juice Chips Snack Before Bed Chips Cookies *this is not what I eat everyday - it varies, of course. Can I get some advice? I am 6 foot and weigh 162 lb, I want to gain at least 25-30 pounds. Most importantly I want to put some fat on my arms, I don't want skinny arms any more! I'm sick of it, lol. How is my meal? Healthy? Need more calories/protein? What else should I eat? I need all the advice you can give. Thank!

Either fish chicken or beef I don't eat beef, but chicken and eggs I can. So... Morning I will start eating Oatmeal and 2-3 Scrambled Eggs. For Lunch what type of sandwich, granola bar and what fruit do you recommend? And what about snacks in between, what type of foods should I eat? And what about dinner? I am also taking True Mass Protein Weight Gainer during lunch time, 2 scoops mixed with milk. Thanks dude.

Surely this post is taking the piss? Nobody can be stupid enough to think chips, cookies, crisps and burgers are the food to eat. I don't get why so many trolls come here.

Here is my opinion for you zipzap if you want it and if this is real. Unless you are anorexic, don't try to put on fat. Take your slender frame and focus on building lean body mass. Ditch the soda and fast food every day and limit when you consume them. Ditch the sweets on a regular basis before bed and consume high quality proteins before bed. And like people said, more meat, that is good advice. Start a heavy lifting program comprised of compound movements. Dinner you can have chicken whole wheat pasta and a fresh vegetable. You can make extra and reheat for lunch. You don't want to gain too much weight too fast, so you can shoot for 2 lbs a week tops, that will probably put a little more fat on you though. Adjust calories to accomplish this.

This is something I don't like seeing, fast food applied to someone's diet as well as "1 cup of this" and etc. Why only 1 cup? Calorie counting is for the pros, adjust the calories as necessary, continue increasing the calories, fat is unnecessary and should be tried to be kept at minimum. Counting the noodles in your pasta is completely crazy, eat until your full and then more, that's how you gain weight.

Fat is not unnecessary. A good amount of fat in the diet is quite critical actually.

Yeah there's guys on other forums spreading bad advice about fat. I saw one guy, whom used to post here regularly telling people "if you're not getting fat you're not eating enough, you should aim to gain fat because it's a sign that your body is at an anabolic state". This same guy thought it'd be necessary to spread more B.S. by telling members that powerlifters are more bodybuilders than bodybuilders are. Gave me a good laugh.

Im gonna say this as nice as I can not because I have seniority over you but because your posts are starting to irritate me and I am sure others are as well irritated but had said nothing yet. How dare you think someone in here who comes and asks for advice is a troll if they say the stupidest crap okay. You need to back off the newbies because I bet you were once like them. Cool it mate.

I'm really not bothered if my posts irritate you, because so far all i've seen you give out is ludicrous advice and hint at the fact that you have at some point roided, and if the original post really is genuine then it deserves to be criticised because anybody with more than 2 brain cells knows that junk food obviously isn't the way to get healthy and give your body what it needs to grow.

I am going to say this once. At no point did I hint anything out but I will tell you this about junk food. It is seen that if a person eats alot they will get fat and you can turn fat into muscle. Now, thats nto a good way to look at it but some do. Not many in here that are NEW to this THINK like you and I so that is why I said to lay off the newbies and give them a chance to learn and not be named called to the extent as such a "troll" End of my discussion on this matter. Thanks.

Thanks. This is completely false. Fat cannot "turn into" muscle. Fat cells do not magically change composition. You can ADD muscle and you can LOSE fat. One does not morph into the other. The poster should listen to SEO, he gave some good pointers.

If a person wants to eat fast food everyday ... let them. It aint the healthiest thing to do, but if it gives you mass and your ok with the health side effects then do it. After all many people take steroids although they are not good for you. I had a buddy who in one year went from 140 to 175, then cut down to 165 ... Looks ****in solid, everyone asks him if he has taking roids, and he hasnt. What he did have tho was mcdonalds every single day after a workout, or subway or burger king. When he was at 175 he would say that he felt mini heart attacks all the time. lol. Now whatever he did what he did to get big. Now he's a health freak. He got the size he wanted by eating ****, not he maintains it by eating healthy. ...and virtuoso, let people do what they wanna do without judgin them man. Just give em some of your advice, if you dont have any move on...

Not sure Bro on how many cookies but by how you look in that pic of yours I don't think it's workin ;) As for the other post about fat into muscle... you are right.. but then again lots of bulky guys love the "full look" and don't care how much is muscle as long as it is shaped nicely. Good input though
