Need Routine Advice

Need Routine Advice - Thursday, April 20, 2006 9:26 PM ( #1 )
so i was wantin some input on my trainin
on squats how many people do triples up to a max and then do doubles or single for 2 more sets or so
 
on bench the same thing
heavy triples then doubles or even singles
 
on deadlift how should i approach that one
 
If weightlifting was easy, everyone would do it

Deadlift...more doubles and singles...
 
Squat....more doubles and triples.
 
Bench...more triples and higer.
 
Just my opinion.

Well natinals already has past...I took 2nd. But I gotta another national meet im training for in June...and I am also the number one alternate to lift at IPF world championships in Bulgaria come September. I just gotta keep my spot as the number one 18 year old (kid who beat me was 19).
