Hi i am looking for a good known working routine to achieve my goals. I am 5'5 148 lbs 18% Body Fat Looking to lower body fat to around 10% and don't won't to loose muscle I am not a beginner I generally do a standard 4x8-12 16 set per body part 4 days a week. Looking do something like different If anybody can lead in the right direction

Just a couple questions first. How are you breaking up your routine now? Do you combine chest with shoulders or back? Also, what is the training breakdown? Are you using just machines, just free weights, or some sort of combination of the two? Finally, what is your diet like? You can cut down on BF% just by adjusting your diet without altering your training regime.

Workout is like monday chest/tries BB bench 4x8-12 Db incline 4x8-12 Cables 4 dropsets Dips 4x20 bodywieght straigh pusdowns 3x10-12 Rope pushdowns 3 dropsets 10 min not stop abs Tuesday back/bies chinups 4 to failure seated row 4x8-12 latpulldown 4x8-12 romain chair 4x20 bodywieght DB curls 4x8-12 BB curls 4x8-12 DB or BB curls 21's 10 min non stop abs wendesday Cardio bike 45 minutes Thurday Shoulders DB press 4x8-1 Lateral 4x12-15 front 4x12-15 Rear 4x12-15 shrugs 3x10-12 10 non stop abls Friday note I have a bad hip so i take it easy leg extensio 4x15 leg curls 4x15 Hip flexers 4x15 calf raises 6x15 with some drop sets weekends off As for a diet I healthy I do not follow any type of diet and not sure what diet to follow Basic day Breakfast oatmeal w 3 egg whites lunch chicken sandwhich or tuna dinner chicken broc and rice night snack apple with penut butter Protein shack only 3 days a week monday wendesday and Friday 1 muti vitiam 2 fish oil My hip is been alot better when I started hip flexers so my leg routine sucks but I don't want to have my hip replaced before I am 40a

That seems pretty good, but you may want to make sure you are eating smaller meals every 2 hours if you can. It will speed up your metabolism and help you burn that fat. If you are concerned with your progress, keep a log to monitor your weight and BF%. If you notice you are losing a lot of weight and your BF% isn't dropping more than 1%, then most of the weight you are losing is muscle. If your BF% drops and your weight is dropping slowly, then you are doing well.
