Need Help - Thursday, August 10, 2006 4:25 PM ( #1 )
my girlfriend is going crazy over loosing weight. we're getting engaged in a few months and i promised her that i will give her a nice athletic look. i know how to handle her diet well. i just want advice on her training routine. i'll buy a bench (which can be incline or decline) and a set of dumbbells and a cardio machine. i got good programs for males but i'm not sure how to handle the females way of training. she's a bit busy so i think she'd like supersets and circuts. i just don't want her to be flat chested or something like that lol. i want her to have a ripped slightly muscular body. plz help me with a routine


any advice would be most appreciated.....

Kinny,  first I want to say that results do take time- you said yall are getting engaged in a few months- keep that in mind.
what are her current stats?
is she working out now or a history of weight training ? cardio?
 
Id suggest in her case a Full body routine 3 days per week to begin with if she is just getting into it, again depends on her current workout program. Ill suggest more when I know.
 
What is her diet like- perhaps post that up for critque... as a huge factor of her progress is dependant on that.
