Need Breakfast Ideas

hi, i take a protein shake right when i wake up at 5:30a.m. I am told i should follow this with a healthy light breakfast. What would you suggest? i am looking to do no carbs, no sugar type of meal. here is my current regimen 5:30 wake up, protein shake 20grm protein 10am protien bar 19g protein 12:30pm lunch tuna salad over romaine lettue, egg, mayo, onions, seasoning 3pm 1 cup cottage cheese with fresh strawberries or blueberries, sometimes i eat it plain with some pepper 4:15-5:15 exercise treadmill 30min, bike 15min, ski machine 15min 6:30 dinner grilled skinless boneless chicken breast, steamed brocilli a& cauliflower 8:00 snack protein shake or bar

Egg whites with a bit of mushrooms, some chopped onion, garlic and green onions. lots of protein and very few calories. The eggwhites I buy have something like 30 cals and 8G of protein per serving.
