Is there any certain lift or exercise that will thicken the muscles in your neck? I have the big traps and chest, but a small neck...i'm going for the kind of neck a wrestler would have... Any advice would help.

most gyms have those neck machines, or you can buy some neck strap thingys from a store where you attach weight on it and do it

Do you happen to know the name of the machine or the name of the straps?

How about:

Side-to-side neck curls. Lie on a bench, head over the edge and curl your neck from side to side.

Standing bent over neck extensions. You've seen those devices where you can hang a weight off a chain that is attached to a sort of head band? Or you can place an ez-curl bar or dumbbell on the back of the neck (maybe placing a towel around the bar) and curl your head backwards.

I've seen some other exercises, like rolling your neck with the weight of your body but I wouldn't advise that.
