I've always felt it is important for competitors (especialliy those new to competition) to be exposed to as many shows and organizations as possible and this is my way of making that happen.

The site has been updated with new shows in Alaska and Virginia,  new Bodybuilding Competition Trainers, new Links and a new e-Book from WNBF Pro Darin Steen.
