I've done FL-1 and i'm halfway through FL-2

my waist line went down kind of a lot with FL-1 but that was mainly from less food in general in my stomach i think, not much change with calipers after the 4 weeks.

i've been doing FL-2 for the last 2 weeks with carb cycling and according to my measurements i've lost a little over 3lb. of fat and gained 1/2lb. of muscle

I've done H1 and H2, Fatloss 1, 2, 3. I really like the routines, I had muscle gains, I lost fat, I gained strength. I really liked the program, and methodology.

I will say, I am in the functional strength camp, and I am inclined to prefer routines like those outlined in the book.

Basically I really liked it. I recommend it.

people who have NROL on this forum, Brihead301 (he was it's first champion), RPG1212,Pumped304, ttarr84, laxmasta104, MikeMahony, jondbergman, and myself, oh and lightning something....there might be more but I am sure you could pm them, and run a search on NROL, with in this forum, and quite a few threds will pop up, with various issues, and praises.

I´ve done H1, H2 and S1.  It´s a great program, excercises are tough and really tax you out if you put your mind to it and pay your dues during your workout.  I´ve seen changes in my body although I gained some fat while trying to bulk, but that´s just unproper diet.  You should give it a try all workouts are well outlined.

I did H-1, H-2, S-1, and some of S-2.  I stuck with it for about 10 months.  Great routines, and great results!  It was a lot of fun, and very interesting with all the switching all the time.
