NROL 4 women

Hey guys, My wife recently gave birth to our daughter and is amidst her recovery process. Hopefully she´ll return to the gym soon. I´ve read some good things about NROL 4 women but still don´t know how it differs from the NROL program. Before getting pregnant she did the H-1 with me last year... can I get some feedback on this?

I have done the men's program, and gave the woman's one a hard look (out of curiosity, since I had already been working with the men's book, before the "ladies" version came out). If she did the men's and liked it don't bother with the woman's book... It's not worth it... and while it doesn't shy away from the staple lifts, I am saddened to say it is geared for the more muscle phobic female population (however unwarranted, and unrealistic that phobia might be). For a women new to weights, it is a good start, for your wife's level of experiance, not worth it... AT ALL! congrats!

Exactly as Hardway said. It's basically a book written for women so that they understand that lifting weights won't make them look all big and bulky like a man. Many women are scared of this, so they avoid weights, and the book is written to attempt to change their minds. But NROL the original is a better bet anyway, so if she is fine with doing that, there is no reason to do the "women" version.

Thank you both for the comments... she once did a workout you made out for her Hardaway and she went about it for three months then had to take a lay off and when she came back Bri you had already shared the NROL templates so I got her to do it with me... after a year off by the time she comes back, I guess I´ll have her do something easier just to get the body used to the training again and slowly introduce NROL. Hope you both have an excellent week.
