Day 1 - Monday, July 17 2006:

Yes, I am now back to working out, diet, nutrition, whey protein, and I feel better. I am going to workout later and will take pics of myself, take measurements and write everything down. I will take it easy today as I am just starting again.

Day 2 - Tuesday, July 18 2006:

Okay I did what danmirage said for getting back for now because I am just getting back into bodybuilding. It was a great workout, but exhausting.

Day 3 - Wednesday, July 19 2006:

I did 15 minutes on the treadmill at 8:30 in the morning as danmirage told me to do cardio. It was reallyyyy hard, but I got through it. I took a protein shake of 22 grams before so I do not burn muscle.Smile

Day 4 - Thursday, July 20 2006:

Did the workout as Tuesday and it felt better today. But next week Im starting strength training and I better make sure I keep up my diet(good foods, right protein, calories, etc...) Thanks danmirage for the awesome routine I will be doing next week and am doing this weekSmile

Notes

It was a good workout. I just started so when I pushed myself it wasn't as hard as it will probably be in the future days/weeks to come. It felt good, although I am just starting this workout.
