on the label of n.o xplode it says to take also on non-training days. i was wondering just how important it is to use on non-training days.  im just wondering because id have more for my work outs if i cut out the non-training day days

im not crazy about the no supps but when i did take themi took cytosport fast twich basically the same thing as NO i took half the reccomended on my days off.. hope that helps ya

You dont need it on your non training days. It will make the caffeine and other stimulants in Noxplode more effective for your workout days if your not taking it all the time.

Deff agreed im on no explode 2 i dont take it on days that i dont train..... Way to much caffine for a non training day and if u took it the day before chaces are the creatine is still in your system...

Yeah, I agree with the above posts, you don't really need to take it on your non-training days..you'll probably have more of an effect if you limit your intake of it Smile

when i was taking No X, I didnt take it on the days, I did absolutely nothing, but on my cardio days, I cut it down to 1 scoop before I ran...It made my run more focused, and the caffeine got me "UP" for the run more than if i didnt take it.  i wouldnt recommend more than 1 scoop before a run though.  Anyway, thats what i did, and I liked it.

and wouldnt it be pointless to take on nontraining days bc theres not alot of creatine in it so your body will still produce its own regularly...if thats the case then its really only usefull before workouts for energy and the NOin it, Im i correct or no?

yes you would be correct...only on weight or cardio days would it be worth it to take no x

i have a question about the "DO NOT SHAKE" only stir... it tastes so much better when i put 2 scoops inside a container and jus shake it rapidly. why does it say that?

The do not shake part im pretty sure can give you really bad digestive sittuation if u get what i am saying. A few of my friends didnt know they werent supposed to shake it and delt with it.
