Comments: Great stuff so far. Been taking it for about a day now ha I know not a lot of experience but maybe you guys can comment in. Great pump. I didn't feel any stronger just more focused and motivated. Energetic! Side Effects: Very little but some bloated feeling. Anxiousness. Sleeplessness. Rating: 9/10

hey im 15 and ive really been into liftin for about 8 months now and i want more results faster im just buying a protien shake and wondering if i should get no xplode i heard its really crazy stuff just wondering if you guys think itd be to much for me. let me know

I don't like the stuff. All it does is keep me awake at night if I work out in the evening. There's 0 difference in my pump from days that I take it and days that i don't. I typically work out at 6 a.m. so you'd think that this stuff should help me out but it doesn't and it tastes like crap. You're better off swigging a couple cups of black coffee and taking some cheap l-arginine pills.

I just wrote a similar post to a guy asking the same question... No problem tho glad to help... Umm, well my personal experience on it right now for the first time is a great pump, energy, focus, and drive. I really have no complaints other than that you might experience a little bloatedness when you take it so start with say 1 1/2 scoops and work your way up. I really think 15 is such a young age to be taking anything besides the basic vitamins that you need. Even protein is not needed you can swap it in for turkey, chicken, steak etc. However, if you had to, throw in Whey Protein after workouts. If you honestly need some energy then get this stuff it's good. the reason I'm taking it is because I work a 9-5 in the city which by the time I get home drains my energy level. It's not as intense as everyone puts it. You might experience sleeplessness so try to work out 4 hours or more before bed cause it lasts about 4-6 hours in my experience. Also, the effectiveness of this stuff wears down slowly you start to lose the same feeling as when you first take it some people are the complete opposite and get more of a pump after they have taken it for awhile. All in all, just try it out man if you really need something to get you motivated and energetic in the gym. If you don't like it GNC has a very lenient Refund Policy so return it for your money back. I want to stress again that I think 15 is too young I started at 17 with supplements.

haha ithink that was me you posted to but as long as it wont hurt me im defaintly thinkin of trying it, i just really need to know though if its going to hurt me or not because if it will than i wont take it but unless it does hurt at this young of an age, ill defanitly start because i want to be pretty huge haha

no it won't hurt you there are 15-16 year olds taking this stuff right now... If you're going to start creatine tho I'd say cycle it. A lot of guys say that cycling is not needed but it is especially for kids at a young age. Too much of a substance for too long of a period is not good even if it's vitamins. Just cycle this stuff and you're fine don't be afraid.

cycle means like 3 months on it then 3 months off creatine altogether. It's not mandatory and some people will even say it's a myth but that's untrue. Your creatine tolerance will be high and it won't be as effective if you consecutively take it for like a year. Plus it's unsafe.

no just cycle the creatine... the protein you can take forever... but I'd say take the protein right after your workouts... For Ex. Breakfast: Eggs, canadian bacon, etc. Mid Morning: Shake, apple Lunch: Albacore tuna, or turkey, or chicken breast etc. Mid Afternoon: shake Dinner: whatever same **** Shake after workout whenever that is 3 months on NO Xplode which is like 1 or 2 bottles I wouldn't do more than 2 bottles then I'll wait three months to take creatine again even tho I've been cheating and taking creatine for about 1 year now... I took about 3 months off before taking NO Xplode I used to take MHP Trac... It just makes the creatine more effective and gives your system time to rest

Day 3... Shoulders and Tris today and superseted them cause I only had an hour. Took NO Xplode 45 minutes prior to workout. Felt great in the gym a little shakey though while driving there like I was on ridilin or something. Afterwards I got in a tantrum because a lady working at a pharmacy made a racist comment or atleast I thought so. Prior to this incident I had an encounter with this lady. She asked me if my father and I looked alike I figured she meant your father and you look alike. I thought to myself oh she knows my dad so I answered I guess so why do you know him? She answered no but all asians look alike, now I do admit that we do tend to look similar but this comment was way out of line for someone that doesn't know me especially. I didn't react and just smiled walked away. This time when I went to the pharmacy, (same woman) she asked for my name to find my prescriptions and I answered Mike. She asked if I had changed my name because most asians have names like jung. I was like uh no that's my name. Very ignorant lady to not even think to herself what she's saying might be offensive. You see I grow up in a predominately white town so it was difficult for me as a kid. I was teased a lot for being different that's why I started to bulk up and join football. On the field I would think of every single asshole that said a racist comment or a fat joke and knock the crap out of the person. I guess that's why I was so good haa especially at practice after school because that's where I got a lot of the teasing. I don't have any asian friends maybe like 1 or 2 and I find fellowship in god and my family. I was born and raised here and I don't have an accent or remotely seem like I wasn't from here. Well anyway when I got back home I was upset and kinda blew up cursing etc. I def. reacted differently than I would have if I didn't have NO Xplode in me. You see I'm a very collected and calm person. I never like to get into confrontations only if I feel disrespected or if someone hurts my family. I'm not saying this stuff is like roids I'm just saying the energy, pump, focus, and drive it gives you is insane and lasts a couple more hours after you lift even after you're exhausted. This whole incident happened right after I lifted so it makes sense I was still in gym mode, I probably overreacted. However, be careful guys that's all I'm sayin. Lookin out for u!

Two Weeks in... Feel a lot more strength in almost every muscle. I find that it is easier to put up more weight now and have the intensity to do so even after a long day of work. I took Marc David's advice and went with cardio after lifts instead of the quick fat burning supplements. I must say that it is working incredibly well considering just running 3 miles on the bike after lifts for a week now. I feel stronger and I'm gradually getting more definition all around. I have also tweaked my nutrition a little bit. I eat about 3 solid meals a day and 3 whey protein shakes for meal replacements. So combined I eat about 6 meals a day and try to get a good balance. Today was Chest and Bis day... Bench 185 x 12 easy 225x4 225x3 incline bench 90 pound dumbells x 12 90 x 10 90 x 5 Used to start with 80's second time with 90's flies 40x12 45x10 50x8 CAble crossovers 60 60 70 For Biceps it remained pretty much the same I might change up my workout routine for a couple months and see if it will help my biceps... Overall, I feel a lot more focus and strength which is great. At times, I feel like I can lift more weight than I think. I'm very proud of my chest strength so far but I want to continue to develop my abs and bis. Besides those two muscles I feel pretty good about NO Xplode and it's effect on my workouts. I will continue to do light cardio after lifts because it is really toning me up which I want for my abs.

LOL I don't even look like I take steroids, I been out of weight lifting for 6 weeks and I'm still buffer than you, LOL I think I lost more muscle than you have now.
