Do you approve of the No-Explode supplement or NO2 for beginners? What could be the harm?

I've heard some pretty good things about No-Explode and NO2 but I haven't tried it out myself yet, although I have read that it gave some user the runs. *shrugs* Take a look at this: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/m_57890/mpage_1/tm.htm

nitric oxide is ok in my opinion. for some it works really well, and they get a great pump. personally it doesn't do anything for me. i feel the same.

yeah, i have took NO-xplode and it worked fine. no side effects, just a lot of energy, focus and great workouts, but i didnt like the amount of caffeine in it, so i switched to superpump 250. it lacks the better taste, but its better and ive found it to be more effective.

Im on my 2nd bottle of no-x and loved it through the first bottle. great pump and energy worth the money. however now i don't feel its effects anymore, so im going to try and cycle off for a month and see if it works then. As for the runs, drink a lot of water and take it on a empty stomach. it works trust me.

i think no-xplode is a great product...it increases your energy and it gives you a good pump. but i would cycle on and off with it because its effects will diminish after you take it for a while. also drink alot of water

I have beenusing NOxplode for about a year now and its been incredible. BUt recently i tried supercharge by labrada nutrition, and it def. gives NOx a run for its money. The 'pump' between the two is relativey the same but supercharge lacks the mental focus part that NOx provides. BUT, supercharge gives an INCREDIBLE boost in overall energy. I feel like i could run 10 miles after my workouts with it. so its worth a try. i am now cycling between the two (1 bottle supercharge/1bottle NOx)

i love it. im on my second bottle, without cycling, and it seems to be just as good as the first bottle. i train hard every week with 2 off days, my max on everything is going up gradually, but my reps are whats amazing me (still), at my max from 3 weeks ago was about 620, and i did my final set today was set of 6 at 95% of that max, so some if not most of the "hype" is true.

i love the pump feeling, but honestly its not going to really give u any permanit gains and make ur muscles huge after it wears off an hour after you stop workin out. nitrix oxide stuff is more for people who are like competative body builders that before they do a show and they wanna stay that big size they take that to get pumped up. just get a creatine and work out, take a cheaper alternative like an energy drink or somthing with alot of caffine like a soda to give u energy to work out. try red bull or monster or somthing else, save some money.
