Hey I'm 5'5', 140 pounds. I just recently bought both Nox Cg-2 and No2 from GNC. Is this a good stack to gain solid lean muscle mass? If not, any suggestions for supplements? Basics- Bench press- 200 pds x 4 Shoulder press db- 65 pds x 5 Bicep barbell curls- 130 pounds I've recently began mixed martial arts (jui juitsu) and I want to gain a lot of strength but not so much body fat so if anyone has any advice please let me know.
