It could harm you if you cut a lot of weight the wrestler way.

IMO, nobody should use growth supplements until they have stopped their natural growth, ages 18 to 21. Use at your own health risk if you feel the rewards outweight the risks. Protein and vitamins are fine, NO and creatines are to get past sticking points and to give compeditive edge, but are not needed to achieve results.

You should definetly wait on the NO Xplode... Try taking some caffeine pills before you workout. That should get you worked up, depending on your sensitivity. Wait afew more years for the creatine and NO. No supplementation is needed to get results. Critique your diet.

Don't get caught up in all of the supplement hype. Creatine and NO may help, but there is nothing out there that helps more than dedication in the weight room and a solid diet. If people spent more time worrying about how well they ate and how intense they worked out, supplement companies would be all but extinct. There is a reason it is harder to go bust your ass in the gym a few days a week than it is to suck down some miracle drink or swallow some pill. Working out hard gets the results everytime, no questions asked.
