NOX-CG3
-
Saturday, January 07, 2006 6:50 PM
So, I just got through my first month of Nox-cg3 and let me say that I am truly quite impressed. Although it is expensive($129.99 in stores, 2 for $150 on Vitadigest.com), the results are very good. For those of you who've tried no-explode, this stuff is just like that but better. I tried the whole mass stack, however, I did not notice any changes in recovery which is what bothered me the most. Nox-cg3 has three nitric oxides, three creatines and three glutamines all in one formula. It really is amazing because I get the pump and muscle expanding technolgies of the NO, fuel for skeletal muscles and growth from the creatines(absolutely no water weight) and damn near full recovery from the high quality glutamines. It truly is amazing. My bench has gone from 295 to 315 this month(weight 160, height 5"8). I feel great, I have been lifting since I was in 8th grade and this is my senior year and I really impressed with the results from this product. Also, with the aid of protein, my growth and recovery has been stimulated even further. I've been taking an MRP and Muscle Milk alone for awhile, and I got great results with just those. Then I threw Nox-cg3 into the mix, and my results have gone through the roof. If your tired of the same ****, with little to no results, I definitely recommend spending the money. Go to vitadigest and you can get a 2 month supply for $150. Would cost more if each of the nine chemicals were purchased seperately. (5 stars for Nox-cg3).

Well im not at physically strong as you guys and im not a bencher or squater i have taken the mass stack and nox cg3. I took the mass stack over the summer for about a month it worked great got much bigger stronger my curling went up by almost 50%. Now as mentioned it did not help with recovery time what so ever. After i was done about 2 weeks later i started taking noc g3 and my strength kept increasing but the recovery time was amazing i was using my same routine more weight but it only took me 1 day to recover and go at it again. I highly recommend to anyone whos looking for raw strength gains and quick recoveries all in 1 package 160lbs 105lbs military press 160lbs shoulder shrugs 35lbs concentration curls

I am not a heavy lifter, but I can tell you the effects on endurance is unbelievable. I just finished my first small can today. I am also taking xyience xler8, but between the two, I went from running speed intervals of 2 minutes at 3.8 then 2 minutes at 8.0 for 30 minutes to 2 minutes at 3.8 then the first 2 min at 9.0 next speed interval at 9.2 then 9.4 etc, ending at my last interval 10.2. not unbelievable numbers, but 5 hours earlier that morning I did 30 minutes on the eliptical fat burn mode for 30 minutes at level 16 not letting the strides drop below 115 per minutes, then right to the bike for 30 minutes level 8 rpm 90 plus, then transitioning to the treadmill for a 9.6 mph jog for 30 minutes. All this non stop. As a matter of fact, after the interval run at 3pm, i ran 4 miles when I got home outside. my point, tomorrow morning I will do it all over again, full recover is that quick. I hightly recommend this stuff.

weightroomdemon, if I were a guessing man I would guess that you haven't taken more than 4 days in a row off, completely off with no lifting. If that is the case, you should try taking 5 to 7 days off without any lifting at all. Many will argue this approach, but many people don't understand truly how muscles grow and recover or more appropriately recover then grow. The common misconception (sp) is you need 48 to 72 hours to recover, I agree. The problem is you need another 48 to 72 to grow additional muscle. You can all argue all you want with me, but until you try it, you will have no foundation for your disagreement. Worse case scenario, you lose a week of working out, honestly how much negative impact could it have. Best case scenario, I am not an idiot and you break out of your rut. Best of luck!

the nox-cg3 is not 150$ for 2 the cheapest i found is on e-bay for a 780g bottle on buy it now you can get it for like 57$ so that is pretty big difference from a 80-90$ price tag!

i believe that the ziplock bag is how it is manufactured from the company though b/c i got mine in stores. But the ziplock bag doesn't have a seal or anything and can be easily like powder'd down.. But i still think it's worth the price esp. having now tried both BSN NO-xplode and nox-cg3.
