Hi, I'm going back in trainning after a year of not working out, I've heard of this NO2 supplement and i was wondering if it was okay to use it as a beginner or should i wait some time before i start using it?  And another thing, do i have to undergo a special diet with this supplement and stop drinking alcohol beverages while taking NO2?

there is no speical diet needed other the a good diet that is going to help you build muscles. when it comes to when you should use it, i would suggest working out for a couple months so you can see how your body works and makes gains. this way when you start, NO2 or any other supplement other then protein, you will be able to see if that supplement is helping you.  ther is no reason to take many of these supplements if they are not helping you and you will have no idea if they are actually helping you if you start taking them right away.  these are only my suggestions and they have saved me quite a bit of money.

Thanks for your info.  You are right.  If i take it and start working out with NO2 i'll never know if my muscle build up is due to the supplement or to my body's own transformation.  Thanks for your help.
