I've tried TRAC by MHP before and it worked great. I am about to start taking it again, but I am intrigued by NO2. The people I've asked so far about NO2 have had mixed emotions.

Has anybody tried BSN's Nitrix? I am tempted to try that because it is cheaper than the EAS original NO2.

Any other suggestions? I am 29yo, 5'11, 192 lbs and I want to put on some serious lean muscle FAST. As far as my workouts, right now I am doing a 3-day split, in the gym 3 days a week, playing golf the rest of the time.

BSN Nitrix...I personally felt nothing. Not a thing. No pumps. Nothing at all.

There's tons of NO2 posts around here. Just do a quick search.

Other Suggestions:

Cytosport Vasostat

Comments:

I just don't see any proof on NO2. Other then hype and such. Where's the research? And why would a pump build muscle? Overload does. Maybe it gets more nutrients into the body. You would think with a sports supplements, emotions wouldn't play a part. Nobody has mixed emotions about protein (other then brands). Very few have mixed emotions about creatine. Or mixed emotions about multi-vitamins. But people have mixed emotions about NO2 and other supplements where it's more based on feelings then actual facts.

I'm not saying there's no validity. But I am saying there's a whole lot less facts that I can find on this type of product then I can with others.

Still, the pump was pretty amazing! Smile

Thanks MDA. One more thing - is it my imagination, or is myoplex just a derivative of mud? I've tried mixing it with 1% milk and it forms an inedible sludge. I think I've also tried mixing it with water and got the same results.

I like the Myoplex light.. the dutch chocolate. It does mix heavy. And I only mix with water. I don't think it would even work with milk. And I'm referring to the meal replacement shakes. But the taste is great! But it is very thick.

I am currently taking NO2. I am in my 12th day of the 21 day cycle. I do feel the pumps. I have noticed an increase of energy throughout the day and have had some great workouts this week. I haven't gained any sort of mass yet, but is still early. I have noticed a decrease in bodyfat . I will reply again after the 21days are done.
