Alot of people seem to be asking questions about NO2.  Here are the most popular:
  • Does it work?
  • Is it safe?
  • What are the side effects?
I found these articles and thought that maybe they would be useful to anyone thinking about purchasing an NO supplement.

Information on NO2
Information on L-Arginine

Dude, what are you talking about?  There isn't any NO2 in Cellmass.

If you wont natural hard lean pure muscle DO NOT GO FOR THAT NO-EXPLODE OR ANY OTHER CREATINE ****! what creatine does, or what i think it does, is it pretty much gives you great gains, and also makes you gain weight. Your muscles will look rounder and "puffer" and they will not be as hard as a muscle build of pure protein. simple. my suggestion is dont take it.

That was pretty much the effect I had with creatine. I stopped taking it after a month and notcied a little more belly

Dude, not every creatine is the same.  In this day and age, if you want to compete in bodybuilding at the professional level, then you need creatine.  Some creatines will make you look kind of puffy, as you described.  But other kinds don't promote any water retention.  I use creatine and my muscles don't look puffy and un-natural.  You say that creatine doesn't work, well I myself and modern day bodybuilding science disagree with you.

In pill form i found the effects subtle.  However in powder form, or the preworkout (no-xplode, V-12 turbo) that the effects were more noticable.

Considering there are thousands of sites out there to do with bodybuilding who lie about supplements, and what they do, im surprised the links you posted are from bodybuilding sites...

I would suggest getting the info from a educational college science site or something, to see what the real effects are.

Nitric oxide (NO) i dont think is nasty

nitric DI oxide (NO2) is nasty.

Unless my chemistry is wrong (which it sometimes is, but rarely) NO2 is called nitrogen or nitric DI oxide, as there are two Oxygens...

If you type in nitric oxide into google it will probably give you information on the molecule NO, not NO2, and as NO isnt dangerous it will make you think about buying it.

what difference does an Oxygen atom make?

Quite a bit....

Haemoglobin in your blood has the highest affinity to oxygen apart from muscles, this is probably why NO2 works so well, but unfortunately, it doesnt quite work as easy as that sometimes

If you breathe in CO2 it will just come out your body again, breathe in CO, (carbon monoxide) and it'l 'cling" to the haemoglobin, and suffocate you if you breathe it in for long enough, amazing how one atom can change so much.

I did make a post on NO2 info, and from what i know the chemistry i did is correct, and it showed me that it "produces" free radicals which cause cancer, which is why they say to make sure you have plenty of anti oxidants with NO2.

Does it work-most likely yes, but body cells work at certain speeds, only genetic mutation would result in muscle fibre speed increases (to amazing results anyway)

Is it safe?
Well when i was in chemistry i asked my teacher why car catalytic converters dont pump out NO2 gas, and he raised his eyebrows and said "you really dont want that in your body"
side effects-from a scientific point of view, not experience point of view-MANY.
one bad thing in the body leads to another.

The thing is NO2 is reasonably new isnt it?
Not BRAND new, but it is one of the newest supplements in bodybuilding, so we dont actually know the longterm damage this stuff might have.

I wouldnt go near the stuff personally

the site itself says

Nitric Oxide is a molecule consisting of one atom of nitrogen and one atom of oxygen.

so why is it called NO2?!?!?

Im afraid most sites in my personal opinion are talking bullshit when it comes to NO2, i obviously cannot prove it, as i havent done a major scientific test, but the evidence shows theyre talking about NO
not NO2

something completely different, and something thats DEFINATELY HARMFUL

I wasn't looking to put too much time into this post.  I just wanted to help out a couple who didn't know anything about Nitric Oxide.  For the time being, I don't think that the source of information is that big of a deal, seeing as how there really aren't any horror stories involving Nitric Oxide.  The information on bodybuilding.com is really just the basics of the stuff, kinda like a quick reference guide.  But if anyone wants more information they can just Google it.

Smile  twistedlink, i was reading your post about NO2 and it sounds like your under the impression the the product "NO2" is nitric di oxide. after looking into the MRI web site www.mri-performance.com the product "NO2" is not nitric di oxide. but Nitric oxide.

why the NO2? well im with you on that...who knows?

in an add in muscular developement MRI stated that it had done "double-blind clinical tests" while i did not look into it, i saw a link to read the results.

hope this helps.

I'm sry if I seem rude but my supps are being dissed here so I have to step in.  First off, Cellmass is an EXCELLENT product if you can use it right and cycle it correctly.  No-2 does suck, I never really want to try the stuff BUT I am getting a bit curious.  No-Xplode is perhaps the most awesome thing out there.  The pumps, the gains, eveything is amazing and it doesn't show that its worth every penny.  Now as for the fat stomach and other things, I don't know what you are talking about cause I went from 115-160lbs in 5 months using this stuff and GNC Pro 100% Whey 2 scoops daily with milk.  Man I am rock hard, my ass is even hard SHhhhhhhhh, and I only workout with DUMBELLS and I do pushups for the chest on one excersise.  I finally got my Chest, its a nice "crack" that I always wanted.  Truth be told, my eating habits are no different than when I was 115, the supps really do work, just be patient and they'll be your best friend, lol.  My stomach, I work this sucker out 5 days a week, weekends off and I am crunched into a nice looking 8 pack, try it, its cool.  My arms are a great size to my body.  I will admit this stuff changed my face a little as it rounded my head but I like that in a bodybuilding style kind of look ya know?  As for everything, my pecs are hard, my arms and forarms couldn't be harder, my veins are still there...  THIS STUF IS PERFECT FOR PUMPS AND GAINING MASS IN MUSCLE

TRUST ME GUYS, THIS WORKS!!

Regards,
Brian Martin

Cellmass - Arctic Berry BLAST! YUM!!!  Sour tasting but so GREAT!!
No-Xplode - Lemonade FROST baby!! - DONT take Orange, its not ORANGE LOL!!

Nitrix - MIGHT TAKE THAT SOON, NEED MORE CONVINCING TO SEE WHATS THAT ABOUT! ! ! :)

do you cycle no-xplode every month like regular monohydrate creatine? Like one month on, one month off? Or can you just take it ever day before workout?

Do you have to cycle it one 1 month on 1 month off? or can you just take it every day??? Also can the NO-Xplode be put into water or any other drink but it wont be drunken for like 6-7 hours? Because i would make it in the morning then have it after school before i work out... One more thing, can  whey protein be in a drink for 7 hours as well? or will it loose its effects?

i wouldn't say that it didn't help with results, just that the pump is really good but thats all it was...a "pump". but it does allow more blood to flow, more O2 to your muscles ect.
