i am taking NO2 and i know it says not to take any products with ephedra in it but i was wonder if my morning cup of coffee is counter productive as well. any thoughts?

One cup is ok, but none is better. NO2 decrease your blood pressure and Ephedra or Cafein raise your blood pressure so .... make your own conclusion ;)
