NO2 and blood pressure
-
Monday, May 31, 2004 10:16 PM
I was reading the forums and someone said that NO2 lowers blood pressure. My father gets really tan golfing due to the high blood presure meds he takes. They lower blood pressure. So I guess my question is if you take NO2 would you tan better? Has anyone had any experience with this happening?

Yeah, I remember reading about Nitric Oxide boosters alowing for a better tan. I don't remember seeing that much of a difference, but I am a life guard, so I'm in the sun all the time.

No you dont have to cycle NO2. I would reccomend the transdermal cream from muscleextreme.com. It is called Pump extreme, and it delivers pure NO2 directly to the muscle you are working that day. It is cheaper, and it lasts a lot longer than the capsules do. It is about $40 for a bottle, and you only use it 6 times a week, once a day. Great pumps, and great feeling in the gym. I have also been able to run a lot farther than usual too.

Do you apply it before or after lifting? And why 6 times per week? Is that your workout schedule?
