If it feels good and you workout harder, then you will see better gains. Maybe it' s all in your head... but that' s ok too (as long as you workout harder)! You have to decide if the price of NO2 is worth that feeling. Some say Yay, others say Nay. It' s up to you.

If I gave you a sugar pill (placebo) and said it was the hottest new thing that increased your stamina by 3 times... and you believed me, it probably would increase your stamina. Would it be ok for me to charge $60 for a sugar pill? Many people will raise hell and say " It' s just sugar! $60? No way!" But I don' t think that' s what it should come down to. I think you shouldn' t pay based on what' s in it... but pay based on how you feel while on it (when referring to an NO2 type supplement).

Well the interesting thing about NO2 is that it is just arginine...an amino acid that increases levels of nitric oxide in your blood. It is a vasodiolator, which is why you noticed his veins popping out so much.

You know what other product takes advantage of NO2? Viagra. Smile

Now Viagra makes " things" look bigger, harder fuller and vascular. But is that permanent? Did it REALLY get bigger? No it is a temporary effect of the drug. When you run out of cash, you run out of results and things go back to normal.

But if it motivates you to lift bigger weights, that will build muscle. " Whatever floats your boat" comes to mind.

Exactly. 50% of this game is mental. If you feel good on it, and it helps you have a better workout, then go for it.

But as far as research making your muscles grow and more nutrient delivery.. I think that is overrated and not much evidence proves that.

But it sure does sell well. And I' ve taken it, and I like how it works.
