NO2 seems to be one of those supps. that works okay for some people, and not at all for others. From what I have read the most noticeable increase that you will see from it is increased pumps that last a looooooot longer. Work out your arms and they will stay pumped for days. I think the idea is that this increase in blood flow to the muscles will aid in strength, and in repair. I don' t think I have heard to not take it with creatine, that is new to me. I have never tried this stuff because it is still more than I am willing to pay for a supplement that may or may not work and whose effects are even questionable overall health. -Jim
