I am on my second bottle of this stuff when out falls a brochure that says at my body weight, I should take 10 a day (5x2)

So I try it.

Man the pump is incredible. I am not a good one to say whether it helps you add muscle b/c I am dieting now and am clearly not advancing in the gym b/c of that.

The pump is awesome though. Worth $70/bottle...umm, I think not.

It has been 7 days. I have noticed more endurance & energy overall. The pump is slightly more than usual, nothing totally mind boggling yet. I do notice my arms tighter throughout the day, again nothing totally awesome yet. Let me make it to my next workout and I would think I should notice some of these awesome results they talk of very soon if any.

While I can' t say I' ve noticed any of the claims that NO2 is making.. I can say the pump is well worth it. The psychological effects of just feeling good are beneficial as well. I do feel more endurance but maybe it' s just a placebo. Regardless, NO2 is my placebo.

Taking just L-Arginine is not the same. Sorry.

No I' m not a scientist. Just been training for some time. Average Joe. No ' questionable' substances either.

I will say that NO2 is a bit pricey. Like Creatine was in the beginning. Hoping the price will drop on that. There are competitors products that are doing well.

I think it' s worth one bottle. I felt the pump very fast. Within the first few hours. I' ve been steady on it now for 5 days and my workouts are a bit better.

If it' s a placebo.. it' s a working placebo.

There is not a lot of people who have used this supp. yet to say whether it is good or not,but I suspect it is just another supp. that will come and go just like Vanadyl Sulfate,Ribose,OKG,HMB,Chromium Picolinate, etc. You used to read about these supps. in all the mags now you never hear of them anymore. Why?Because the supp.companies tout a new supp. every other month to get rich quick off of people who will try to find the magic bullet,to quick gains. There is a new supp. out which I consider to be the best and most efficient one out there, it`s called FOOD.

There is a book available on NO@ that I' ve read thru a few times. It' s called the 21 Day Transformation. Ed Byrd, a co- founder of EAS is the author. It lists for $20 but the GNC' s have em on sale for a dollar. The product is kinda pricey at $80, but, it' s a 30 day supply for anyone under 200 lbs. Only an 18 day supplly tho if you' re over 200. I ordered Pinnacle brand earlier this week and am going to start it tomorrow. It was less than half the price of the MRI brand. According to the book, you don' t have to cycle off of the MRI brand, but, if you' re taking Creatine with it, they reccomend that you do cycle that. If you' re taking Creatine prior to starting the NO2, they recommend you cycle off of Creatine before beginning the NO2. I' m not taking Creatine, so I' m going to start the NO2 without it and see what happens. The book is very much worth the dollar they ask for it. Good luck.
