NO-explode-Creatine or NO - Friday, March 17, 2006 6:12 AM
I have heard a lot about NO-explode but am not sure what it really is.  Is it a mix between creatine and Nitric Oxide. Could i get ride of my creatine and Nitric Oxide and just take NO-explode? I have also heard shock therapy is better but i think shock therapy is just NO. So i would still have to take my creatine sepperate.  Can someone explain this to me.

You could purchase Shock, and then add Bulk CEE to go along with it.

So instead of getting shock and NO i could just get NO-explode and proteins as my only supplements.

no.

my advice to you is to get NO-Xplode. that has both creatine and NO in it, but not nearly as much as a creatine or NO supplement does. so take a creatine supplement with it and if you really want a NO supplement get one of those too, but you dont really need it with the NO xplode. keep taking protein as well.

i have also got a question about no-x. Do you think it would be safe for me to take (im 16) im not sure what it does to the body. And how much creatine is in it? I like a little in my supps but not a lot because i dont like taking creatine (just a personal preference). It sounds like since it is a combination of NO and creatine then there would be less of both, as opposed to taking an NO and Creatine seperatly.

well.. your not supplementing w/ NO(nitric oxide) your supplementing w/ L-argenine, i just wanna set that straight..  as well its got other things in it.. such as taurine, electrolytes and many other things...
its safe for any age really.. but the suggested age for any supplementation is 18... and its not just l-argenine, its also L-aakg. i think it may have citrulline and some other things in it too.
