sorry....size, strength, and reducing recovery time. Also if any one knows how much creatine is in NOX that would be helpful. These are the specs for one scoop. so 8.5? grams..i dont think i understand something here


Advanced Creatine Complex: 2.5g
(Creatine Ethyl Ester, Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Tri-Creatine Malate)
Polydextrose: 6g
(Creatine Cellular Transport System)

size I'd say is questionable as to which is better. Strength I'd have to say NOX-CG3 witthout a doubt and for Recovery time NO-Xplode with out a doubt.

usually the amounts are for 1 Serving not per scoop.

id go with the no-xplode, its a far more proven product yet it may be a tad more expensive its defintely worth it

IF anything the NoxCG3 would be more expensive...you can usually pick up Noxplode for about 35-40 bucks at ur local supp. store.
