I'm just starting this stack. I'm also taking 500mg of vit-c, multi-vit,ect. I'll be updating you on how well this stack is going for me. Im not a body builder im a powerlifter this is my first year competing. The thing im hating Smile

about it is im a Freshman going against seniors. But i'm still placing. Smile

I started today i work out this morning and i was pressing more then i have in a long ass time. Im not sure if its the stack but im going to keep it up.
