Has anyone tried this stuff ? I'm thinkn' of adding this to my pre-workout suplementation along w/ CEX ( creatine ethyl ester) Labrada V60 Protien(30g 1 scoop) 5g Glutime Peptide 1 hour before training & 3g Nitrix, 3g Metyl D 1/2 hour before which is what I'm taking now. Give me some feed back on results people have had using this NO-EXPLODE Thanx !

Look in the Supplement Review sub-forum of Supplements. I think there is an NO-EXPLODE review in there. Use the search function as well.

The trainer at my gym loves No-Explode. Although he says he only takes 1 dose 30 min prior to workouts, he's sensitive to stimulants and anything that gives him energy.

I do early am workouts. Presently I take 6g CEX mixed with Micellar Matrix protein shake together with 2-BSN 1-T-AQ at 5:00am. 1-1/2 hours later 3 scoops of NO-X with 3 caplets of Nitix, then 45 minutes later start an intense workout. The rest of the day is my 3,000-4,000 cal. meal plan with these and additional supplements. Peace

I play football for my highschool team but i have started to take N.O. explode, i was wondering if anyone knew if it would be serious on my heart or something if i took it in the morning and then had football or i taken it before a game, and if i didnt take it would it affect my strength or speed?

theres gonna be alot of haters on NO xplode but from my "personal" experince im loving it the energy mental focus is awsome... and i take 2 scoops 30 min pre and sip BCAA during workout followed by dextrose+whey+glutamine for postworkout
