so i just got nitrotech heard it was pretty good stuff on here..anyone have any idea when i should take it?? i was thinking morning and 30 mins after workout..

o and btw im kinda also looking for a diet plan...im really trying to gain muscle weight! and other supps i could get.. thanx

It has creatine and vasodilators in it so you should take a serving 30-60 minutes before you lift. Edit: Maybe also a serving after you lift but that is your choice.

I have some nitrotech i'm using right now. It's great for cutting. Definately take a full serving about 45 mins before working out, and after you workout within 30 mins of lifting. are you trying to bulk, or cut? for bulking you might consider another type of protein but that's just my opinion. nitrotech has minimal calories (200) and no suger due to the aspartame. My friend has lost 30 lbs in 3 months lifting with nitrotech, so it's really working for him cut-wise

dam it i should of researched better i just heard its great for mass bulding so i thot that id give it a try.. im gunna keep taking it till its gone..would shock therapy b better for bulking!!

Well you need to be more carful if you start adding supplements because you don't want to overdo any one ingredient. Take note of all the ingredients (creatine, arginine, etc.) in nitrotech and then see what you need to fill in. It seems like you are looking for a gainer. So if I were you I would pick one up and take half a serving or 25g protein whatever portion of a serving that comes out to and add it to your post workout nutrition.

Just because it says you can gain 7lbs or whatever on the label doesn't mean it is true. No one regulates these things, so it is important to do your homework first.

umm im going to add umm 100 percent whey with it and im going to eat alot..but after im out of that what do u guys/girls prefer i get to gain weight??

not saying you can't gain weight with nitrotech.. i'm just saying that it's more than likely going to be really clean muscle and a slow gain (diet and metabolism impact this as well) since you seem to want to gain weight by bulking, i would finish off the nitrotech, while adding whey and upping the diet bulk wise. bulk up, and then you can purchase nitrotech and add that with a lean diet and cut down to whatever weight it is that you are looking for... that's what i would do.
