ok.. u guys have convinced me to put up my own journal and so here it is... i'll update it just about everyday in order to keep track of my progress and for you guys to give me as much advice as possible...

First off i will tell u my stats right now..

I'm 14 years old.. 15 on the third of May
I weigh 185 pounds
I have about 14% body Fat
I'm 6'1".. a giant compared to most people here.. lol

My main goals are to lose body fat and afterwards to gain some serious muscle

So lets start off with Today..

Today was my Abs + Cardio Day..

Hanging Leg Lifts......... 3 sets 15 Reps
Knee Raises.................4 sets 15 Reps
Leg Lifts.......................3 sets 10 reps
Seated Tucks...............1 sets 12 reps
Weighted Side Bends...5 sets 10 reps
Inclined Crunches.........5 sets 10 reps
Inclined Sit-Ups............2 sets 20 reps
Machine Crunches........3 sets 10 reps
Weighted Crunches......3 sets 6 reps

Then i tried toget a cardio machine.. ne cardio machine but they were all taken.. its always busy on monday.. so i guess i'll just wake up early tommorow and do my Guerilla Cardio b4 i eat my breakfast.

Dinner was heavy tonight..

Broccoli
Mashed Potatoes
Cucumber
Chicken
With Milk as a Drink (skim)

As a snack later i will have a 16oz cup of LIFE cereal with two 16 oz glasses of milk (skim).
Well thats it for today.. hope i can get some feedback

You did 29 sets for abs alone? that seems like an awful lot.

i always try to overwork my abs because it makes me feel like i am making more gains.. plus i try to hit them from every angle... so that when i get my bodyfat down i can see a nice and developed six/eight/ten pack

ok.. sorry i didn't write nething yesterday.. but i'll put up my routine that i did then.. after talking to bucket man i decided to do an upper body, lower body routine over the course of three days with a break in the middle... yesterday was my upper body day and i didn't feel like i pushed myself that hard.. i dunno if i'll stick with this plan but neways heres what i did....

Bench Press.............3 sets 8 reps
Inclined Press..........3 sets 8 reps
Seated Dip...............3 sets 6 reps... new high.. 165
Arm Extension..........3 sets 10 reps
Cable Pushdown......3 sets 12 reps
Cable Curl................3 sets 10 reps..... new high.. 90
Shoulder Press........2 sets 10 reps
Lateral Raise............3 sets 8 reps
Pectoral Fly..............3 sets 8 reps

Well that was yesterday and today i did my Guerilla cardio...

wow thats exhausting.. but if it helps me lose fat.. i'm all for it
