so i never knew how to properly deadlift.. like literally.. and i had been "not knowing my strength " so it seems.. but i never knew the properform and i had always been doing kinda a power pull so to speak or a mix between a Straight leg dead lift and a regualr one HAHA.. well i learned correct form and kept my legs parrellel and really got my A$$ down there and used this tremendous burst of insane energy..and blew my 470lb max OUT OF THE WATER....im up to 550 now and climbing..just thought u guys wanted to know FORM IS SO DAMN IMPORTANT
