Stick to the basics at first...a good multivitamin, some glutamine, a good whey protien... I also supplement with vitamins and minerals to aid in recovery and I have used creatine and NO products as needed but the basics plus solid nutrition have always yeilded results for me! A good protein product is 100% Whey buy Optimum Nutrition...low carb, low sugar, low fat and tastes yummy :) Good luck!
