ey well i need to faastest way to lose this im already on a workout schedule mon-chest,triceps,abs tue-back,biceps,abs wed-cadrio abs repeat for the following days... i also take muscle milk and i eat every 3 hours to get my metabolism goin anythin else im forgettin?! i need to lose from 240 to 215
