i need to know what the Quadriceps, traps, hamstrings, deltoid are and where they are located please

Hi wardog, it seems you just started into bodybuilding, fitness or powerlifting.

Quadriceps (Quads)
Those are the 4 front muscles of your legs.

Traps (Trapezious)
Those are the ones that are around your neck and going through your shoulders.

Hamstrings
Those are the back side of your legs.

Deltoids
It refers to your shoulders, which are divided in 3. Front, Side and Rear.
