I need a good stack thatll help me gain weight and help muscle stimulation and recovery.. I am going to get no xplode i believe nd im going to finish up my nitro tech bottle but what do you think i should take with no xplode...... money is no option i just need some help!

Muscle Milk by Cytosport is a great source, stack NoX with Cellmass, it is a CEM based Creatine Ethy Malate that rocks. Also, since money is no option, this is one great way to gain. Also, what is your current diet? Do you workout? Let us all know so we can give you more options with better understanding your physique, weight, goals, diet, plan, etc. I was 116 pounds in February of last year, can ya believe it? lol. Anyways, Protein is a plus. Bench gave you great ideas, you should listen to him as well. but NoX works best with Cellmass.. I noticed that taking NoX alone does not promote any growth at all but stacking them gives you that nice full look. Also, Xpand is as I have been told a replacement for the BSN stack so I am not sure.. with money to save and same results just about, choose Xpand and try it out. If you don't, then read the above stack I recommended with NoX and go with that. Good Luck. -Brian

I weight 175 around and im not on a diet. im bulking rihgt now so basically im eating multiple healthy foods many times a day. Taking my protein shakes with peanut butter and other things. Im lifting 5 days a week but thats about to stop cause my football team is creating a 3 day a week lifting program. I was think about doing the BSN stack have you heard anything bad about it ?

175? thats mroe than me and that is a good weight but for bulking and size, you might want to try creatine, Cellmass, or of the sort. Its hard to think about a good weight gain, but the BSN Stack has the best rating so far and gold ribbons al over its name. -Brian

for mass i would go with N-large 2 ive been on it for about 4 months and gained about 25 lbs of muscle and its only two shakes a day....ive also been on creatine as well tho.

try the 4everfit stack of c4(creatine) and the detonator(NO)... i took this with muscle juice(weight gainer) and i gained a solid 35 lbs. of muscle within 5 months and i saw huge gains in my lifting! over 100lbs gains in bench press, squats, and deadlift!
