This might sound weird, but while your working out you could wear a garbage bag under a sweatshirt and you'll probably sweat a few Ibs off.

well how far do you have to get down.. i cut from 167 to 145 in a little under a month

and putting a plastic bag on you will just make you loose water weight and in turn youll dehydrate yourself.... its prob one of the dumbest ideas ever but ive done it(i also believe its illegal or something like that to use a swear suit in HS and Colleges).. ive tried a little of everything laxatives, starving myself you name it i did it


first off cutt all the bad fats out of your diet (ANYTHING PROCESSED)

eat more vegetables,

How much more time do you have to loose the weight and what weight do you need to get too?
