First off i want to thank Athletic Edge Nutrition for this chance to review INTRAXCELL AND STEELEDGE

I'm on day 7 and i will continue the log from here on out!!  I hope everyone will get something out of my log...Thanks to all!!

Thursday March 1, 2007 Day #7
recap of wednesday!!
Bench press
set 1 - 160 X20
                      DB curls 35 X failure (14 or more)
set 2 - 200 X15
                      DB curls 40 X failure (12 or more)
set 3 - 225 X10
                      DB curls 45 X failure (10 or more)
set 4 - 265 X7
                      DB curls 50 X failure (8 or more)
set 5 - 300 X4
                      DB curls 55 X failure (6 or more)
set 6 - 310 X4
                      DB curls 60 X failure (4 or more)
set 7 - 275 X7
set 8 - 235 X10
didn't get to finish my last two sets b/c of time restraints..but i did try the timing tip and sipped on a 1/2 scoop of STEELEDGE
during my workout and i must admit it did work very well for me....kept me intense and focused throughout my workout....and another thing that really surprised me is i started feeling the affects of INTRAXCELL at the end of my last two sets i really felt great....at the beginning of my last two sets i felt sore and tired but at the end of the sets i finished them and it felt great.....i could feel the muscle endurance increasing.....i figure it either the INTRAXCELL  working or i'm just a MANBEAST!! , but my money is on the INTRAXCELL  :)
Cardio - Did two miles last night and felts amazing running...ran it faster than normal..i felt so good during my run....INTRAXCELL  is helping in more ways than i thought it would.
today i didn't get to work out....i got home from work late last night...rolled in about 5 in the morning and had class at 9 so i didn't get adequate sleep last night....so no workout today but i'm going to make up for it on sat. and get a workout in.
overall so far i'm absolutely loving these products....both are have great affects and the benefits from both are more than i expected....just want to say THANK YOU AEN!!

Tricep push downs 80 X failure (12 or more)

set 4 - 300 X7
Tricep push downs 100 X failure (8 or more)
set 5 - 325 X4
Tricep push downs 110 X failure (6 or more)
set 6 - 350 X4
Tricep push downs 110 X failure (4 or more)
set 7 - 315 X7
set 8 - 285 X 10
set 9 - 260 X 15
set 10 - 235 X 25


Today's work out was really good... i actually surprised myself today.  This week has been hell at work and i keep getting home really late...last night i didn't get home until 4:30 am and of course i have class at 9:35 every morning.  Needless to say i was very tired going into the gym today.  I took my STEELEDGE and INTRAXCELL pre-workout and they both really got me going.  I still struggled but it if wasn't for both of them i probably wouldn't have made it through.  so far so good still with the INTRAXCELL.  I did feel a little bit more of the muscle endurance today b/c i jacked up the weights on my squats and felt great.  Even my last set of 20 i decided to go for 25 b/c i felt that good.  Now is my time to go to sleep.  I need to get some rest.

so as everyone know i haven't posted in about 2 weeks now.....i sustained a head injury doing squats about 2 weeks ago..it was just extreme pain after my work out and continued for a couple more workout thereafter......so i got checked out by the doctor just yesterday due to spring break and i have to have a CT scan done...my CT scan is tomorrow around 2 pm....so i'm not sure how this is going to work...i don't know if i will find out some info tomorrow or will i have to wait until my team doctor takes a look...i will be back when i find out more information....take care of yourself!
