Personally, Ive never understood the reason for taking these weight gain products. All theyre meant to do is to pile on the calories for energy, and make you fatter. Not more muscular or give you a washboard stomach. If your really skinny, I still wouldn' t go for N Large 2. Id just take as much protein thats needed for your body weight per day, just enough calories to give you plenty of energy but not over do it so as to put fat weight on, enough carbs (low GI throughout the day to give you a steady stream of energy throughout the day, but high GI carbs 30 mins before and 30 mins after a workout session), and creatine monohydrate powder. Forget all these weight gain products. My mate used N Large2 and went to the gym regularly, and he went from being slim and slightly cut up, to chubby with no definition.
