Hey I was wondering if anyone was using N-large2. I'm curently using creatine, but I would like to gain some weight along muscle. I'm curently 19 and 135lbs I would like to get up to aout 150lbs. Any suggestions? I usally work out about 5 days a week for about 30-45 mins each day. My routine is limited since I only have a home gym

I used it. It was okay. A lot of calories from sugars. I never did take a full dose. Always cut it in half. Did not notice any major weight gain. But it was a good deal for the 10 lbs and I experienced no discomfort.

Cytosport Cyto-Gainer seems to me, a better product overall for gaining. Mixed with milk...look out!

If it's size you want, 135-150 can be done easily with the right diet. That will do you more good then a shake.

FYI, the min you stop taking those shakes.. kiss the weight goodbye. As in essence you will now be "dieting" according to your body. If you actually consume the food, you are less likely to lose it. A shake should supplement your bulking diet. Check out the nutrition forum. There's an excellent bulking plan there.
