I just started lifting again.  This time I really want to stick to the program and see some gains.  I have been drinking Myoplex after each workout.  Should I been taking anything before or after workouts?? 
I have been good on my diet so far, just wondering if the Myoplex will be enough for gains.

You wont gain unless you are eating the right amound of food. What is your diet like? Simply taking myoplex will not make you bigger. On a side note, you can get much cheaper protein if you buy it in powder form and mix it yourself. Arnt those premade EAS(myoplex) things like 8 bucks for 4 shakes? That is a crime! Invest in some whey protein powder.

the myoplex shakes are 13 bucks for four! go for some cheaper protien! get some on whey! try rocky road!

My diet has been good.  About 3000 calories a day, trying to stay close to a 25-55-20 split.  Staying away from simple sugars.  And drinking lots of water.
