highlights : Week 4-11 Nov
1. For a change went for much lighter weight (60 lbs) + high reps (20) for benching, though shape results were good. Not going to try this for another month.

2. db curls: continous reps of 7 half lower curls + 7 half upper curls + 7 full curls ... 4 sets of this with 50 lbs.

3. seated dumbbell press (shoulder) : 30lbs x10 reps, 25 lbs x 12 reps, 20 lbs x 15 reps

4. lat pulldowns (back): 120 kgs x 3 (failure), 80 kgs x 10, 50 kgs x 15,   (front) 120 kgs x 2 (failure), 80 kgs x 10, 50 kgs x 15.

5. got pain in the arse last week :(
so squats: 125 lbs x 10  3-sets   leg curls: 75 lbs

6.abs cruches and core ( inner abs) exercises every alternate day now

7. rest all usual stuff

This week started well,
Last week did Deadlifts for the first time: feeling real nice up at the lower back.

Day one: chest: bench press, peck deck, incline db press
