My story so far... for new beginners

Hey everyone, i've been a member for a while and i guess ill update my progress because i'd like to give some advice to people just starting out. I started working out 3 months ago in october, i worked my ass off for 2 weeks, and went on the mass stack (NO Xplode,Nitrix,Cellmass) i thought i would have seen tons of improvement over a month. but near mid-late december i hardly noticed anything except maybe im a little stronger.... My mistake now that i found out is because of my diet. I've been working out now 2 weeks cycling off NO and i started a high protein , high carb diet and man it worked 20x better than creatine/NO supplements. I guess i thought if i have all the cool expensive workout things i would get gains early on, but all yu need is a really good diet, and i failed to realise that. So learn from my mistake and before you rush in to all the fancy stuff just buy a tub of 100% whey protein and eat LOTS of healthy, protein rich snacks and meals.
