ORIGINAL: Zvonko *** edited *** Maybe you should filter it out. This ain't your www.bodybuilding.com or t-nation forum where blatant disrespect is the norm. If you want serious advice, you're going to have to do a little more work on how you're posting it. How many sets of each exercise, and how many reps each? What are your stats? What progress have you seen so far? Is your diet in check? What are your goals?

As was said too many exercises right off the top Pick 2 compound movements for each bodypart-1 for arms and shoulders. Any how often are you training. I would say at most you should go 2 days on 1 off and rotate like that. But it is hard to provide help without more details

a good way to decide which ones to do, is to select the exercises that you hate doing, the ones that really hurt such as squats and rows....and do them!! these are the exercises that are going to produce the results

just do whatever you feel suits you best. if you always feel sore and your overtraining just do less excercises. i reckon max excercises you should do for large muscle groups, like your back and chest are 4.
