Probably the best way for you to get the most effective and trustable advice from would be workout magazines. See if you can get your hands on a copy of Flex magazine, or Muscle and Fitness
lol. Not the best place to be gettin workout routines from. Maybe some of the exercises, but the workouts in those mags are usually "GET 19 INCH ARMS IN 2 WEEKS!" for a good workout, just stick to the compound movements. (Squat, bench, deads, rows, chins, military press, etc.)
