My own MRI NO2 test.
-
Wednesday, February 08, 2006 9:16 PM
Hello, this is my first post on these boards, I've been reading a lot of them and decided I had to leave the GNC products behind. I'd recently recieved a book on MRI's NO2, and have been persuaded to purchase a 300 tablet bottle. So here's my idea. this post will be for me, and also other people who wish to see it's results. kinda like a self-reassuring thing, to keep me going and not fail. anyways, I'm: Weight: 168lbs Bench: 170lbs BF%: 20% Diet: None, I eat what I want, usually 3 meals a day. Supplements: I've taken the GNC Anabolic 30-day kit for a month well i missed a few days, but when I recieve the NO2, I'm going to quit taking them and be taking only the NO2. That should be by monday. So really this is going to be my test of the supplement. I'm not changing anything, but the supplement I'm taking. I plan on taking in 12 glasses of water a day when I start the NO2. so Feb. 13th I'll post the weight and other info. *I'll be doing my max bench on sunday the 12th, just to be more accurate. I'm 18, 25% native american, the rest is white. just incase there is anything hereditary goin on there. but yea, stay tuned, gonna use this post as a sort of journal. and thanks for any support. p.s. please post any thoughts on NO2, I'd love to here both sides, all I've heard is a couple posts and the book, which all scream NO2 RULES! especially if theres any side effects. I'd love to know in advance what I should watch for just incase I experience similar events. THANKS!!!!

Cool, you may experience headaches the first few days. This is caused by the opening of the veins and more blood flow.

thanks for the warning yea I forgot to mention, if there are NORMAL side effects that might happen because this will be my first time using a supplement like NO2, please list them as such. if there are abnormal side effects that may occur in some people but not all, please note those aswell. I wanna keep this as safe as possible.

Hey, I actually recieved the NO2 today!!!! not only did I get the NO2, it's better than I thought it was going to be. I was expecting http://www.supplementwarehouse.com/viewitem.asp?idproduct=47781 http://www.mrihq.com/store/index.html MRI's NO2 Platinum *a $124.95 + S&H value. I paid $82 on ebay for a 300 Capsule bottle of NO2 Platinum *including S&H*!!!!! it expires 10/07, and was sealed at the top with plastic and the top was sealed with the MRI logo cap. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5664446032 *theres 5 bottles left at the time of this posting. I just noticed that the pictures on there show the older bottle, not the platinum... hmmm. but I recieved the platinum, so i'm happy :) did some measurements today, check my siggy, ttyl thanks! STARTING TODAY!!!! Had 4 pills at 10:30am, 2 glasses of water, at 11:00am I had 3 eggs, no salt, just a light amount of pepper.
My stats As of 02/11/06: Age: 18 Height: 5'8 Weight: 167lbs Body Fat %: 21 bicep: 14" Chest: 39" Max Bench: 170lbs AS OF 03/11/06: Max Bench: 195lbs 1x

it was 1 month yesterday *28 days* I've raised my max bench to 195lbs. I hit that after benching 185 3x, and 190 1x. so I think I could've done the 200lbs. but for now the OFFICIAL max is 195lbs thats 25lbs raise of my max bench in 28 days. almost a pound a day!!! if I had 1.5lb weights maybe I coulda done 198lbs :) thanks for watching.
