Looks pretty solid bro. Pasta at 830 lol gag, but I realize you have a bust work schedule.

It is good that you are getting most of your protein from food, and that is a major plus.

I think it looks good man.

Thanks Mav

One thing that I haven't added to the list would be Multi-Vit's and oil tabs. Not a huge increase with those added but I've yet to do my homework on good product, so those aren't added as of yet.

As far as the pictures go. Check out these guns!

Me on the right:

haha thanks mav.

So anyone else feel like giving some input. Not much really to say, but i find it easier to do 4 meals than 6 with my working schedule at night.

Thanks,
Adam

I would at least get 5 meals in a day. If it is a solid meal or not, at least get 5 in. You have a fame like my brothers. You will bulk nice if you stick to it as he did. But, you have to get those meals in.

Side Note: Your left sleeve looks pretty dope, I just got my tat on my rib cage, pretty painfull, but I def. don't regret it. Looking to get my arm done within a year.

RE: My newest diet - Tuesday, July 08, 2008 11:00 PM
thanks mav,

i do always have nuts and/or trailmix with me here at work and some fruit. So it's not much but i guess i could consider that as a 5th meal.

as far as the tattoo's go thank you. me and my artist spend alot of time drawing up our designs and i got some history in japanese arts and history. So i know what im putting on my body compared to those that walk in and want some "japanese" looking heh.

i'll be sure to make a journal up on this b**ch when i get things going. need to get some more equipment at home before i start getting crazy. I have a bench, an all in one, and one of those walking machines *cant think of the name right now* but i need some more 45lb weights for the bench and some free weights. Hello craigslist. :)

Yeap, and search for a squat rack and another 7' Olympian bar if you can. Shouldn't cost too much. Doing squats will improve you overall workout, and it will help you gain more weight.

that is for bench yea. but i couldn't even squat that. your legs are the biggest muscle on your body. a normal person should be able to squat at least double what they can bench lol
